Washd Out is our single origin offering — and it’s the one for the true coffee lover who wants to taste exactly where their cup comes from. Sourced exclusively from a Popayán Reserve cooperative in the high-altitude cloud forests of southern Colombia, these specialty Arabica beans are farmed by a dedicated collective of 65 small-holder farmers, each committed to sustainable, high-quality production.

The washed (wet) process is what makes this coffee sing. By removing the cherry before drying, the process strips away any fruit interference and lets the bean’s natural character take centre stage — delivering a cup that’s strikingly clean, transparent, and precise.

What’s in the cup:
A delicate, silky body with a clarity that cuts through beautifully. Expect a gentle green apple brightness that gives way to a rich milk chocolate sweetness, finishing on a soft hazelnut note that lingers long after the last sip.
